Dear Customer, By submitting your service request with this form, you accept and commit to pay the technical support invoice to be sent after the service in case the technical support service is subject to a fee. Our service personnel will issue the service report in 2 copies and leave one to you after having both approved by you.

Service Terms
  1. Warranty: During the machine warranty period, our service for malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects is free of charge. However, malfunctions caused by usage, operator, programming, mains electricity, relocation or transportation, non-authorized service intervention, failure to apply maintenance conditions are not covered by the warranty.
